DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Kirtan Call and Response Chanting Meditation. \nWe explore our voice as a beautiful way to connect body\, mind and spirit. It is about our intention and not the way our voice sounds. By allowing our true self to come through we can find deep connection. \nWe chant mantras in Sanskrit\, if preferred also in English. By repeating the same phrases over and over again we get into a trance-like state of mind.
