The practice is rooted in ancient shamanic traditions found in many cultures worldwide\, with drums being a primary tool for connecting with the spiritual world. \nAfter setting an intention\, we drum a steady beat together\, journeying\, travelling inward together.\nWe connect to seek guidance and shifting our personal energy\, finding healing. \nShamanic drumming circles are deeply personal experiences\, and each participant’s journey or insight will be unique.🥁🥁 \n——- \nPlease wear comfortable clothes\, a yoga mat\, cushion\, blanket and if you have\, a drum!
