Sun, Moon, Earth Wellbeing Group

To be physically and mentally healthy we need to look after ourselves in our increasingly demanding life with all of its challenges.

It is so important to unwind and connect with our higher self, but also with each other. It is great to meet like-minded people to strengthen some core values of happiness, like community, wellbeing and nurture.

We do different activities, such as sound baths, kundalini yoga, chanting meditation, dance meditation and a shamanic drumming circle and more.

Everyone is welcome. Preferably from teenagers to grown-ups. Check out my calendar for the upcoming events.


Here a brief introduction to what we do:

Sound baths

As the word already says, during these group events participants bathe in sound. No water involved!!! The sound is created with my singing bowls and gongs and other highly vibrational instruments. Just let the waves of sound wash over you.

Relaxing sounds

A soundbath is a symphony of different frequencies of highly vibrational instruments, such as Tibetan Singing Bowls and chimes, that massage our body and soul. Let the vibrations flow in and around you, relax and liberate you. This sonic experience is a great way to enjoy the power of sound in a group setting and calm your mind and unwind.

Anywhere anytime

For as long you can step away for a few minutes from every day life, relaxation and meditation can happen. This picture was taken on a lunch break in an office, where employees enjoyed some relaxing sounds before going about their routine.

Kirtan Chanting Circles

Our voice is a powerful instrument, creating vibrations within our body and is helps our self expression. Kirtan is a call and response chanting practice to calm your mind and connect with your higher self.

Elevate your soul

Singing in a group is a joyful experience. This type of chanting meditation is a call and response type of singing, where I sing a line and you repeat after me. It is an active meditation as we give ourselves something do, but due to the repetitive nature of the chants we drift into a more relaxed and deeper state of consciousness. We open your hearts and let our voices flow with the simple mantras.

No singing experience is required.

A lot of people are shy about their voice. Chanting is not about performance and who has the “nicest” singing voice. It is about connection and devotion, to yourself, to your higher self.

Dance meditation

Let go of any tension, stress or anxiety by moving your body. Shake it off and deeply connect to yourself.

Shake it off

Feeling connected with your body and soul is sometimes difficult in every day life, although it makes us feel good about ourselves. Our body holds a lot of the emotions that we go through during the day or week.

Especially stress and anxiety really can build up tension in our body. By letting go in a judgement-free and safe environment where you can just focus on your own wellbeing you can liberate yourself on more than one level.

In our dance meditation session we can move our body to music, connecting deeply to our creative power within in a safe and judgement-free environment.

A goddess resides in each and single one of us , doesn’t matter if we are in a male of female body, giving us great creative energy and connecting us with our feminine side. Here we can feel our body letting our wild soul come forward.

Kundalini yoga

Also known as the “yoga of awareness” this practice focuses on the energetic body supporting wellbeing.

Connect to your higher self

Kundalini Yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness and by combining physical exercises, breathwork, meditation and chanting we focus on our energetic body and emotions during the practice.

Kunda means coil, lini means nerve. Kundalini energy is said to coil like a snake at the base of our spine and it travels upwards and circulates in and around our body during the exercises, energizing us and helping us process complex emotions.

No experience is required. Mixed level class.

This yoga practice is suitable for everyone. It does not matter how flexible one is or if is limited due to injury. This practice can be done in a chair or wheelchair or on a mat. We focus on our energy and intention.
