Also known as the “yoga of awareness,” Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice that supports your body, mind, and energy. By combining physical exercises, breathwork, meditation, and gentle chanting, we focus on awakening and circulating your energy, helping you feel more alive, grounded, and emotionally balanced.
The word Kundalini comes from “Kunda” (coil) and “Lini” (nerve). Kundalini energy is said to rest at the base of the spine like a coiled spring and, through practice, it rises and moves throughout the body. This flow energizes, clears, and helps process emotions, leaving you feeling lighter and more present.
A practice suitable for everyone
Kundalini Yoga is accessible to all, no matter your age, fitness, or flexibility. You can practice:
- On a mat, chair, or wheelchair
- With modifications for injury or physical limitations
- With your child alongside you in a playful, gentle way
