Hello and welcome to Sol Luna Terra-Pia!

My name is Pia Krumme, your Holistic Therapist and Wellbeing Advocate.

I grew up in a small town in the West of Germany and currently live with my family in the Blanchardstown area in Dublin, where I also have my healing practice Sol Luna Terra-Pia.

After suffering from a recurrent medical condition for most of my life and having tried many medical options I finally came across Reiki. This energy healing technique had such a positive impact on me that I immediately wanted to learn more about this practice. Discovering Reiki has literally changed my life for the better.

But I didn’t stop there. By listening to my inner calling I also studied other holistic healing modalities such as Shamanic Healing, Herbal Medicine/ Naturopathy, Coaching, Yoga and Sound Healing amongst others. It is so rewarding to learn more about wellbeing and family life.

It has been an interesting journey so far and I would like to share my experience with you, helping you to empower yourself and improve your life’s quality and that of your family on all levels as it did for me.

Trying out all the different ways of healing has greatly improved my own way of living, feeling much more connected and grounded, coming from a place of self-empowerment and health.

Since having my daughter has connected me even more to my playful self, focusing on mums and children have become an even stronger aspect of my healing sessions. Also healing and musical sessions for children and the whole family are also part of Sol Luna Terra-Pia and you can find them on “Play along with Pia”. There are lots of plans to have a kids yoga class soon. Just watch this space. 🙂

I love to be in nature and connect with plants and the elements out there. Also dancing, yoga and playing percussion instruments, such as the Irish frame drum bodhrán, give me great pleasure.
