A shamanic drumming circle is a spiritual gathering where participants use drumming to facilitate healing, meditation, or journeying into altered states of consciousness. The practice is rooted in ancient shamanic traditions found in many cultures worldwide, with drums being a primary tool for connecting with the spiritual world.
After setting an intention, we drum a steady beat together, journeying, travelling inward together.
We connect to seek guidance and shifting our personal energy, finding healing.
Shamanic drumming circles are deeply personal experiences, and each participant’s journey or insight will be unique.🥁🥁

Please wear comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and if you have, a drum! Bring water and maybe your journal to write down your experience.
