A soundbath is a symphony of different frequencies of highly vibrational instruments, such as Tibetan Singing Bowls and chimes, that massage our body and soul. Let the vibrations flow in and around you, relax and liberate you. This sonic experience is a great way to enjoy the power of sound in a group setting.
Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and some water, also your journal.
